BED + BREAKFAST INFORMATION
COMMON AREAS (shared by ALL guests at the Villa):
-Dining Spaces: Our formal dining room seats 24 between two big formal tables. The breakfast nook immediately next-door seats another 4. The pub table off the kitchen seats another 4.
-Living Room: One big formal indoor/outdoor style living room equipped with comfy couches and a fireplace.
-Outdoor Spaces: There are many splendid spaces and delightful nooks for enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding wine country setting. We have areas with fireplaces for nighttime fires and s’mores, sports courts for a quick game, gardens and manicured pathways to wander, and tranquility that can not be matched anywhere else in Oregon Wine Country.
-Ballroom: Our large luxurious ballroom features indoor/outdoor options and includes a kitchenette and co-ed restrooms.
-Pool Table/Game Room: Equipped with a full-sized pool table, shuffle board, TV/entertainment area and a kitchenette.
-Sports Courts: On the south grounds just beyond the ballroom, there are two full-size sport courts. One set for tennis and the other for basketball, badminton, or sport court hockey.
-Chefs Kitchen + Kitchenette: Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple foods, but not for elaborate cooking. You will have access to shared microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, crockery and cutlery.
Ask us for assistance with off-site activities throughout your stay such as dinner, winery tours or shopping in the Willamette Valley!
BREAKFAST: A fresh & seasonally inspired breakfast is served to your room or in the dining room between 8-10am.
CHECK IN & OUT: Check-in is 4pm or after. Check-out is by 11am.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 guests (or up to 6 guests in the 3brdrm suite ONLY). No visitors or additional guests allowed. If you are traveling with friends or family, we have other/more suites available.
LOCATION: Less than 1 hour Southwest of Portland Oregon, in Dundee Oregon. Easy access from Hwy 99W or Hwy 219. Newberg and McMinnville are just minutes away. Over 200 tasting rooms and wineries within a half hour!
WiFi: Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
MEALS: Continental breakfast for guests is complimentary for B&B guests. Inquire directly for additional or alternate meal options (must give 72 hours notice).
SAFE CLEANING POLICY: For Guest safety and health protection, we deep clean after each Guest stay and before each new Guest check-in. This includes all fresh clean linens/towels, using disinfectant cleaner on all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) as well as hard floors and furniture.
